Lawyer graduated from Universidad de Lima. Master´s degree in Tax Law and Fiscal Policy from Universidad de Lima. He has been Claims Manager of the Intendancy of Main National Taxpayers of SUNAT. Professor of Tax Law in the Master of Universidad Esan; Professor of Specialization in Taxation at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú; Professor of Taxation Specialization at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Associated with the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law (IPDT) and the International Tax Association (IFA – Grupo Peruano). Former member of the Tax Law Commission of the Lima Bar Association.
