Lawyer graduated from Universidad de Lima. Doctor´s degree in Business Law from Universidad de Sevilla. Specialist in international taxation, tax planning and sector taxation, with an emphasis on the financial and insurance sector and on highly complex processes. Professor of Law in the Masters of Taxation and Fiscal Policy of the Universidad De Lima and San Martín de Porres, as well as of the Master of Finance, Universidad Esan. He has been a professor at the Law Faculties of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and National University of San Marcos. He is a member of the Tax Academy of the Americas, the Brazilian Institute of Tax Direction, the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law and the International Tax Association.
